Hi from the North Country, My name is Sarah and I moved to Northern New York last September with my boyfriend and multitudes of animals. I work on a 1600 cow dairy and have a small backyard farm, 8 cows, 2 Australian cattle dogs, a rabbit hunting beagle and 2 cats. We also have chickens on order. A garden and pig pen are also in the works. Working on making this more then just a hobby. It's exciting that there are other women out there with the same dreams and interests. I'd rather be hanging with my bovine pals then shopping at the mall anyday.

Hi Sarah! We just moved (well 4 years ago!) from Champlain, up near Rouse's Point--love it up there!! We really miss northern NY, especially the nearness to the Adirondacks!

Welcome Sarah. Sounds like your place is pretty busy. What fun. Definetly better than any mall.
