Hello everyone!
My inner Farm Girl has been waking up over the past couple of years. We (DH & I) had a disasterous gardening year last year and are determined to have a successful small veggie garden this year. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!

Thanks for all the warm welcomes!
I'm going to check out the garden forum. If the monsoon season ever slows down, I hope to get started out there.
We have one square foot garden plot from last year. (I used concrete blocks and even planted inside the "holes" of the blocks.) Torn between just focusing on these 16 square feet or adding another one. It's hard with us both working away from home full time but we're going to try again.

Hi, Pam! Welcome, from Louisiana. Been there done that, for the past 3 years with a garden that bombs. I'm going raised beds this year! Rene, I love your cold (hot) frame!!!!! I gotta get busy and get mine built this year.

Hi Pam,

I'm a relative newbie, too, and I think you'll find so much help and information here on almost any subject. Welcome aboard!

Welcome Pam :)

As suggested the Garden Gate Forum should be able to help and encourage you. I know you will glean a wealth of information here from the sweet Farmgals :)

Welcome to the forum Pam! The garden gate section here is a great source for help. I'm sure whatever questions you will have can be answered there. This is a great place to share and learn.
