Posted - Mar 26 2009 : 04:12:11 AM Hello ! My name is Adrienne and I am a graduate student studying dairy foods. I am land poor at the moment, with the majority of my time being spent in the laboratory. However, I will be finishing up later this year and moving to outside of Boston with my husband, and joining up in his family beekeeping business! Since we will be moving on the family farm, I will have the ability to work with existing farm projects (horse breeding, christmas trees), and start up a few of my own (chickens, cows, etc.). I thought joining up would be a perfect way to start planning out my life which I am eager to begin in a few short months.
All the really good ideas I ever had came to me while I was milking a cow. ~Grant Wood |

Posted - Mar 26 2009 : 05:18:24 AM Hi Adrienne! Welcome waves to you from Indiana! I have a cousin who recently finished her PhD at Cornell. Anytime I see Ithaca on something I think of her T-shirt, "Ithaca is Gorges". Is it gorgeous there?
A family beekeeping business sounds like alot of fun, you will have to tell us all about it when you make your move. Congratulations on finishing your degree! |
