Just wanted to say "HI" as I'm new to the sisterhood/connection.
NOT new to farming or all that that means. I'm looking forward to making new farmgirl friends.

There is a gal in Durango (Mamrude - Cherian) and one in Montrose (Montrose Girl - Laurie) but those are the only ladies I know of that are somewhat close to us :)

Welcome Cj!
It's nice to see more Farmgirls from Colorado! I'm fairly new and everyone has been a dear. The Farmgirl Forum is a good place to meet all sorts of ladies and sometimes a really good laugh can be had as well as helpful hints.

See ya round!

Heather

Welcome CJ. I too grew up on the farm and still live on that farm. Our parents handed it down to my brother and I. You'll love it here!!!

Welcome CJ:
I, too, was next to the youngest of 6 kids; all girls. I grew up in the city, but I now live in the country and would have it no other way. Enjoy your time with the MJF forum.

Thanks to all of you for your welcome! I was raised on a farm here in SW Colorado, next to the youngest of 6 kids. There was never a dull moment. I currently live, with my husband, on acreage that was part of our family farm that my dad deeded to us on which we built our own home. My roots go REALLY DEEP!!!!!
