Hi! I'm a new farm girl from Illinois. I'm a "backyard homesteader". Don't have a farm, but I'm pretending like I do with gardens, potential chickens (getting ready for some for next spring) dogs, cats, and just learning how to be a farm girl. I work full time in an office, but I turn "country" the minute I walk out that door. Anyone else from the suburbs of Chicago out there?

Hi Nancy and welcome to the MFJ forum! You're going to love it here. This is the greatest site on the net in my opinion. I'm a city farmgirl too and I've learned so much from the women here.
