Posted - Aug 19 2009 : 05:08:05 AM Hi! I'm a new farm girl from Illinois. I'm a "backyard homesteader". Don't have a farm, but I'm pretending like I do with gardens, potential chickens (getting ready for some for next spring) dogs, cats, and just learning how to be a farm girl. I work full time in an office, but I turn "country" the minute I walk out that door. Anyone else from the suburbs of Chicago out there? |
