Have you heard of "Where's Waldo?" Well now it is "Where's Rene'?"
Rene travels extensively to check on the flock, so we have invited her to our Meet & Greet September 26, 2009.
We will WELCOME Rene' and all of you who are interested in our new chapter Farmgirls of the Heartland.
Bring a picnic lunch and meet us as Shoal Creek Living History Musum in Kansas City, MO. Lunch is at high noon (12:00 pm) meeting to follow.
This will be an organizational meeting to plan for the year.
Bring a friend, plenty of ideas and your apron.
We will have a raffle / door prizes to help balance some of the expenses. Your wonderful handmade items are welcome.
Shoal Creek is located one turn off 152 hwy between 35 hwy and 435 hwy near Liberty MO. The Liberty Fall Festival will be 4 miles East in Liberty.

Plans are well underway for our picnic. The weather has been a bit cool for some and just right for me. There is a back up plan if it becomes to cool. We will be dining in the mansion where they host their Victorian Tea parties.
There have been numberous RSVPs, so we hope for a good turn out.
Please help us show Rene Groom how Kansas City hospitality is done!
