Hi farmgirls united! I'm new joining in from Michigan. I live on a small hobby farm 8-1/2 acres and love it. My husband, Rick recently retired and also loves the country life. We are currently raising chickens and two bulls. We also big-time vegetable garden. I love to can and freeze veggies, jams, jellies, sauces, etc. We appreciate home grown food, more organic and healthier. My hobbies include sewing and quilting. I am working on getting my etsy.com up and running. Focusing on fun and functional and vintage items: aprons, clothing, anything for simplifying the home. Always looking for inspiration and suggestions? I look forward to getting to know my sister farm gals. The forums are uplifting and motivated to simplify and enjoy life. Dinner is calling, Later, Jean
