Posted - Feb 02 2010 : 06:43:39 AM Hi Jen, Thanks for looking :) Home schooling is a wonderful way to share life with your kids... I'm not a big one on giving advice with subjects such as this that must come from the heart.. but to help your cause with hubby, you could bring home some books on home schooling that the two of you could look over together. On thing you can do right off is to find a local support group or start one of your own to get to know others for support and to learn the ropes! I have an up-coming post on my blog this month Titled: Follow your Heart,It will lead you home in which I will share our beginning story of home schooling... pop back by after the 7th... I should have it up by then... in the mean time... happy farmgirling!!! Deb~ www.deborahjeansdandelionhouse.com

Posted - Jan 28 2010 : 07:17:41 AM Hi Luanne!
Thanks for chiming in here! New England has such gorgous farmland! Much different than the wide open cattle ranges I was surrounded by out west in Northern Nevada. We have driven through VT on our way to Canada a couple of times and I would love to explore it more sometime!

Posted - Jan 28 2010 : 04:29:51 AM Hi Debbie!
I'm from Northeast PA - sort of East Coast! I'm quite familiar with MA since I grew up in Southern VT.
