Hi all!

Can someone tell me what some of the abbreviations I see stand for? Like, what is "DH"?

Okay, I wanted to post a pic of my Sisterhood logo patch on the "show us your logo patch" forum. I did follow the instructions listed on "how to post photos" and created a "photobucket" account. But, I see pics shared right on the forum, not a http address. Can someone tell me how to do that, so you don't have to go to a link to see my photos? :)

Hi Debbie!
You'll love it here...when I joined recently, it didn't take long at all to get my packet. It was in my mailbox within the week. Look, you already have your Sisterhood hexagon!

Hi, I'm new as of March 4th. This is so much fun...I can't believe the amount of information on here and the great ideas. I joined the sisterhood, also. Does anyone know how long it takes to get the member number, etc so I can start with the badges?

Debbie from Wisconsin

Hi Lily,

It has become a fun habit, for me too. It is a good habit, dont'cha think? I think it has influenced me in alot of positive ways. :) It's the first thing I want to do in the morning after coffee, and the last thing I want to do at night. Still learning the ropes, but I think for my first month, I have found my way around pretty well. Everyone's been so nice.

Etsy is a site for selling handcrafted, vintage, or craft supplies. Many farmgirls sell on etsy.

Okay, confused again. LOL. What exactly is an "Etsy Shop"? Never heard that term before.

Thanks, girls!

All that was very helpful. I knew DH was hubby, just didn't know what the D stood for. Thanks, Carol

Nicole, You are not alone. I had figured out what DH is but some of the others I did not know. What fun. Seems as though we are borrowing from the texters :). Farmgirls have to keep up. LOL

DH is dear husband, DD is daughter, DS is son, bumping is when you want to move that thread back up to the top so "newbies" can see and read it.

I have had some of the same questions! I think DH is for Dear Husband from what I can figure out! I also don't know what "bumping" means.....
