I'm from oregon, I just ordered my sisterhood membership. I took my oldest daughter to mary janes farm fair last year. We live on a farm and raise cattle and have sheep and grow christmas trees.
I have 5 kids and get to stay home with them.

Welcome, Prudence. I just read your whole blog. I love it. What a great story about your Portia. I also had my tubes tied after my 2nd child. I regretted it about 6 years later. Went to the doctor and he said I'd only have about a 30% chance. I wish I had taken it. But didn't . Reading your story made me wish I had done it. But things work out the way they are supposed to anyway. Now I have 5 wonderful grandkids.

Hi Prudy and welcome. Don't you just love big families? I have 5 kids, all with spouses. Most of them still live at home:) They are all put to work in the garden. It's great to make it a family affair!
