Posted - May 12 2010 : 08:15:52 AM Hello, my name is Margaret and I have been reading MaryJane Farm Mag for a coulpe of years. I am not computer smart so it took pretty long to try this. I am so glad I did. Please bear with me as I learn the ins and outs. My husband and I retired 3 years ago, purchased about 400 acres, buildt a home and we are starting to "try" to farm. I love being a farmer and farmers wife, it has always been a dream of mine. As of right now I have 21 hens, 2 roosters, and a couple of honey bee hives. Oh I can't forget our 2 labs, Duke and Daisy. Since the stables are near completion we are hoping for a couple of horses this summer. I guess I have bored all of you enough. Cant wait to meet new friends.
