Posted - Jun 18 2010 : 8:27:28 PM My name is Jennifer and I am in Eastern Washington with 1 more semester of undergraduate school left in special education and elementary education. I spend a lot of time on the computer either with school work or research, thought it would be nice to chat with other ladies! My pets don't really talk back when my husband is at work... |

Posted - Jun 24 2010 : 4:07:18 PM Staci, if I said yes they talk my husband would get worried about me! Dana, WSU and Pullman is wonderful! My favorite time of year is when the wheat starts turning gold (the bottom of the crop is still green and the top is gold, gorgeous when the wind blows through them!). |

Posted - Jun 24 2010 : 08:24:55 AM Hi Jennifer, Welcome and best wishes to you as you work on your degree. Your future plans and field sound very challenging.
I have to say that initial post makes me wonder....???.... do your pets talk back when your husband is at home?..
Blessings, staci FG# 973 :o )

Posted - Jun 23 2010 : 08:48:13 AM Im at WSU and student teaching looks intense! However, our block 1 students will hate their time more because they are intensifying the process (make a video of you teaching, chop it up into 15 minute segments, explain in detail why you did everything you did in that section, and write a 12 page-single spaced paper rational too) |

Posted - Jun 22 2010 : 8:07:05 PM Thank-you everyone! Amy Grace- I would love to stay in eastern Washington, but next spring I am headed to South Carolina for a masters in multiple and severe disabilities! Hopefully...I am still working on my paperwork, but by December I might get published with a longitudinal study that I am helping with (20 yr long study: it is amazing!). |

Posted - Jun 20 2010 : 11:30:52 AM Hi & Welcome, Jennifer! That's wonderful about you finishing up your SE degree-- whoo hoo! Yep! This is a great place for chatting. I'm a big yakker even tho I don't have a quiet home (4 kids, 3 w/sp needs & one wiener dog/Jack Russell rescue pooch). The virtual porch is a great place on MJ's forum to sit & have some cyber tea & chat away
