Posted - Jun 28 2010 : 12:13:24 PM Hi Sisters, I was thrilled to received my official Sisterhood badge this weekend and I look forward to getting to know many of you. I'm a city girl whose heart longs for small town life. I'm the mother of two grown children and we have six grandchildren ranging in age from 18 month old twins to a 23 year old young man recently engaged. From spring to fall my husband and I like to take off for a couple of weeks at a time in our RV and explore new places and go back to our ever expanding list of favorites. When we're home, my favorite place to be is on my front porch, knitting, crocheting or quilting while watching the happenings of the day, greeting my neighbores who are out for a walk and enjoying a chat with them when they opt to join me on "the porch". Are there any Sisters in the Boise area? I would love to meet you. |
