Posted - Jul 10 2010 : 10:28:07 PM Brenda, Proud of OHIO. . . of course and you should be. If we are not proud of who we are and where we are from who will be! I hope you will begin to make some friends who can help you ease into your community and who will understand when you are homesick. I wish we lived closer, but I will sit down and pretend you are sharing a glass of tea with me today and I will send you all of my very best wishes! Fondly, Rebecca

Posted - Jul 09 2010 : 12:03:04 PM Welcome, Kelli Jo. We lived in Toledo, Ohio for a year and a half about 27 years ago. I liked it there and made some good friends but I think where I live now in Colorado is a great place to live.

Posted - Jul 08 2010 : 3:30:40 PM Hi, Kelly!
Welcome to Mary Jane's Farmgirl Connection! I am from Galion, Ohio, originally (near the airport) but have recently moved to Michigan (with a lot of stops in between, I was in Lexington, Oh, most recently)
I miss Ohio and especially North Central area. You are blessed to live tnere. Everything in Michigan costs more (except possibly trash collection... But that is crazy, right?) Traffic here is awful and I spend 2-3 hours a day in a car.... I want to go HOME!
I know you are going to love Mary Jane's.
