My name is Sharon and I live in Ohio with my family. I've been married to my soul mate for 22 years and we have 3 wonderful sons ages 8, 10, & 13. We moved to our litte farm 2 1/2 years ago. It's a wonderful place to be just this side of heaven and it was worth searching 2 years for it. We have cats, dogs, a rabbit, a Bearded Dragon, ducks, geese, chickens, pigeons, Icelandic sheep, a Quarter Horse, and an American Standard Bred horse we just rescued from a bad situation a couple weeks ago. I sell our eggs at the local grocery and am trying to get the hang of spinning our wool so I can sell it at the farmers market along with the baked goods and chemical free vegetables. One of these days I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. I'm a read-a-holic and would rather sit with a good book in the evening than watch the television. I am loving summer, even though it's horribly hot, because the kids are home from school. Seems like it's going entirely too fast though. It's nice to meet everyone and I look forward to posting about whatever's on your mind and mine.

Smiling & Waving,
Sharon

Hi Sharon, and welcome. Sounds as if this will be the perfect place for you. I know what you mean about summer going by so fast....I just have a Senior left at home and they go back to school in just 3 weeks! Hope you enjoy it here, Carol
