Posted - Aug 10 2010 : 05:23:25 AM We were just up in Crossville last Sunday for the family reunion at the park. We went over Signal Mt and went 27 through Pikeville. Isn't Cookville near there? Or near Fall Creek Falls I think. It's beautiful over there. I love Sequachie Valley.
I have a Lamancha and a Nubian left. I milk OAD in the morning. Just got done with all that. My heifers are Mazie and Roxie. Mazie is Red Angus and 2 years old. I hope she is pregnant and will calve in March. Roxie is half Jersey and black Angus. The turkeys are Bourbon Reds. And I have mostly Buff chickens and some game too.
I saw a whole bunch of wild turkey families the other day. Lots of babies. They are beautiful to see.
