Posted - Nov 04 2010 : 7:09:58 PM Hi,
My name is Susie and I am new to MJF's Sisterhood. I have known about MJF for a while now but just decided to join. I am a southern girl born and raised that now lives in NW Montana. I love gardening, sewing, weaving, natural remedies, herb crafting and the list goes on. I am married with one daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. We just purchased 10 acres of farmland here in Montana and hope to do some market gardening, bee hives, chickens and maybe a few goats and lama. I look forward to connecting with other farmgirls.

Posted - Nov 08 2010 : 05:31:02 AM Welcome Susie,
Bet you are busy getting ready for a MT winter! If you are like me, you welcome the change of weather so you can concentrate on different pasttimes. I love to garden, always look forward to putting the garden to bed. I think that is the best part of having seasons, you are always looking forward to the next one. (I grew up in CA, so I really appreciate this part of living in the inland NW)
I am new, too. But I can tell you that you have a lot to look forward to with the chat rooms, etc.
