Just made the Buttermilk Cherry Scones from M.J. newest magazine They are GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!
What a nice warm treat before I go out in the cold air to feed up and fetch some fire wood!! Finally some cold nights here in Florida!

We love scones too! Nothing beats a steaming cup of coffee with a fresh made scone. Enjoy your cool weather. If you want more, I'll send our 10 degree Chicago weather down to you!

My man was looking at the MJF magazine last night while I was making supper and pointed out several things including the scones that he wants us to try soon. I think one pairing he wanted was the tarragon tomato bisque and dill batter bread. Those cherry scones look so good I can guarentee they'll be making an appearence this weekend. lol

You sure got my attention with your title!! Those do sound good. Enjoy your cold spell. I saw how all the fruit farmers are rushing to pick and force-freeze the strawberries, etc. Sounds like a lot of worry for them. But, I know what it is like to "crave" some cold weather!! Enjoy sipping hot chocolate and wearing sweaters!
