Posted - Jan 08 2011 : 09:34:34 AM Hi! I picked up a copy of Mary Jane's Farm Magazine at the feed store in town while grabbing some chciken feed and bird food. Talk about serendipidous! Just what I needed to lift my spirits and give me inspiration. When I saw that there is a Farmgirl Sisterhood I felt like it was Divine intervention. I have been hurt and disapointed by friends over the last several years. Had decided I needed to find like minded sisters or risk becoming a hermit. But I wondered how?! Now I know and I'm so excited. Thank you all for being out there, I am truly grateful.

Posted - Jan 16 2011 : 10:44:15 AM Welcome Joy(even though we've already said Hi on the "Virtual Porch") I know how you felt, the part about being hurt and possibly becoming a hermit. But trust me, you've stumbled upon a great site. Here on the "Farm" we laugh, cry, share and encourage each other so much. We all have something to add to this (already) warm & wonderful place. You'll fit right in. That's part of that (feeling) you had from the start, when you picked up that magazine. You have a gentle heart, and it brought you here, with us. Welcome!
