Posted - Jan 21 2011 : 6:46:31 PM Hi, I am new to the boards. I am an Air Force wife who has lived all over the world, yet retained my country roots. I have been reading Mary Jane's magazines for years now...and have all my copies on my bookshelf along with her book. They are the only magazines I keep and refuse to throw away....they have been all over;) Right now, we call Colorado our home and love it!!
Looking forward to getting to know the woman here and hoping to make some new friends. Talk to you all soon. :) |

Posted - Jan 24 2011 : 8:48:48 PM Thanks girls for the sweet welcome:) That is so cool that you all have some sort of connection to my life by location and lifestyle;) My hubby has been in 18 yrs. Diane, congratulations on the upcoming retirement;) Your DH has truly earned it;) Kristin, we have gotten very little snow. It snows and then melts, snows and melts...my daughter is so frustrated with it. But on the other hand, it has been nice having warmer temperatures on weekends...allows us to go hiking more. Jennifer, thanks for the welcome too. I do not have a subscription anymore to MaryJanes Farms because of moving, but yesterday I found the new edition in our Borders bookstore and snatched it up. I love the magazines and have her 2 books too. Looking forward to getting to know everyone. Thanks so much:) |
