I'm Rachel. We have a small 5 acre farm in Pembroke. I was raised on a farm and growing up I wanted to get away from it all. Now I'm kicking my own butt for not paying more attention to the things we used to do since it is exactly what I want right now! LOL. Currently we have chickens, goats, dogs ( blue heeler and a pharoah mutt), a mini donkey and mini pony, one lazy cat, boa, and a blue tongue skink. We are looking to get some ducklings, goslings, few more goats and a llama or two sometime soon. We do enjoy our garden and I'm looking forward to a productive year so I can try my hand at canning (haven't done that since high school with my mom and grandmother). Can't really think of too much else to add right now.

Hi Rachel It is good to meet you. We are almost neighbors as I am in South Carolina. Hope you like it here. Everyone is so friendly and there is so much fun stuff here to investigate.

Hi Rachel. I am from Statesboro. Well, lived there for years. My mom still works there. They live near Metter. And my sister lived in Pembroke for about a year or so when her first daughter was a baby. In a really old drafty cold house. So welcome form N. Ga. So glad you have joined us. What kind of goats do you ahve? You should come over to the dairy goat thread and join us there. All kinds of good info and just lots of chit chat going on. Lots of babies being born right now and more to come!

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Lifes not about the breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away.

Just a small town country girl, farmgirl, loggergirl, trying to live her dreams. :)

P.s. I've been playing around with the spelling of my name ( weird I know) and I've decided that I will stick with Hannah for good. Sorry I got you all confused. Hugs!!
