Hello everyone,

I should have joined long ago but glad I am now. My name is Danielle Monique and I lived in Moscow, ID for 8 years and miss the Palouse terribly. I especially love the Mary Jane and Ogle family and their wonderful contribution to not only Moscow but the world. A beautiful family doing beautiful things and helping all of us find our farmgirl and boy roots. Are there any farmgirls in Laramie or Fort Collins, CO? My boyfriend and I have a small chemical free veggie farm called Sheila Bird Farms in Waverly, CO and I'm moving to the farm next month. We have baby chicks coming on Friday the 25th and a French Angora kit coming in April. So the farm is growing fast. Any advice for new chick and bunny owners to be? Excited to learn and share with you all! Have a wonderful day and may the robins return!

Hi Danielle !
Welcome !
I am a neighbor to the southwest in NW Colo. We have just started a chapter in Craig Co/Baggs Wyo area. I chatted with a FarmGirl Sister in Ft Collins so I know there are some gals there, but I don't know if they have a chapter. If you feel like a road trip, we are having a farmgirl get together here in June. There will be sisters from all over coming to visit, just pop on down !

A big Wisconsin hay dare to ya Danielle! We are so glad you joined us. I agree with you about MaryJane and her family! You can find lots of advice on chickens and rabbits under the barnyard buddies topic. Good luck!

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Welcome to the forum, Danielle! I don't live in Laramie, but my grandparents and two uncles do! I am going to be down there April 1st! Maybe another time I come down we could get together for lunch or something!
