Posted - Nov 11 2011 : 09:33:13 AM My laptop has been out, so I have not been able to log in and say hello! I am not spending as much time online, in general, gearing up for the holidays. Right now, I am waiting for the "old man" to call and let me know when he's going to lunch, so I didn't want to get started on any new projects.
I am from the Austin area of Texas. I joined because I am so tired of the hustle-bustle that has become Austin. It used to be a laid back city with plenty of rural areas. That is sadly fading, going to the "weird" mentality of metropolitan life. I like to gussy up and go out now and then, but the city has never been what I really wanted.
I'm so excited to see so many enthusiastic farmgirls here! I've been looking for a place like this for a long time. Glad to finally have found it!
