Hi everyone! I'm Delores and I live in western Washington which I understand has a new name. I live on Puget Sound, also called the Salish Sea. Isn't it great to live in a new place and not even have to pack and haul your stuff somewhere else?? I'm eager to see what everyone is doing and hope to get inspired to new things. Hugs to you all.

Thanks to you all for the friendly 'hellos'. I've been busy since we had a dust of snow. Not enought to be a problem, just an excuse to stay holed up and finish sewing projects and rearrange the bedroom. I do a lot more yarn and fabric work in winter. Summer seems to lure me outside. Marilyn, I'll try to find that thread you mentioned. Delores

Hey Delores, I just bumped up the WA Fargirls thread so you should be able to find it on the active topics page under the Chapter Chatter heading.

Cheers! ~ Marilyn

Hey Marilyn, Yes we are neighbors. And YES it's snowing. Finally feels like winter.
I'll look around and see if I can find more WA farmgirls. I'm just trying to figure out where things are on here.
Thanks for the warm welcome girls!

Thanks Marsha. I've been a fan of MaryJanes magazine for 3 or 4 years now and have saved every one.
I have a few acres to play with and I've cut my work to half time so maybe I'll get busy with some new enterprises. ??

Hi Delores! Welcome to MJF - you will have lots of fun here. I'm one of your new neighbors up north in Renton. There is a thread for Washington Farmgirls somewhere on here.

Do you have snow? We had a dusting earlier this morning but it's starting to come down pretty good again. Yay...I love snow - aka solid sunshine!

Cheers! ~ Marilyn
