Hello everyone, I'm Emily, 34, from the wild mountains of Northern CA. I homeschool 2 kids, raise chickens, bunnies, and nigerian dwarf goats, and want to learn to bee-keep and cross stitch. I'm excited to find this site and get to know everyone!

Welcome Emily. I homeschool, have chickens, rabbits and goats too! You'll be amazed how much you have in common with the ladies on here.

Excuse the mess & the noise, my children are making happy memories

Welcome, Emily! Sit a spell, catch your breath, and have some tea.

A hook, a book, and a good cup of coffee....

Hi, Emily!

I home school my three boys and keep chickens, ducks, rabbits and now Nubian goats. I'm taking the extension office's beekeeping course starting next week and will be starting my first hive towards the end of March. Wish me luck!

Welcome to the MJF site! Enjoy it... There's so much here it's almost overwhelming! :o)
