Hi Ladies! I just wanted to say hello, I joined the sisterhood right after Christmas. I am very excited to be a Farmgirl Sister! Are there any farm girls out there that are located near Dothan? Are there any active chapters? I hope you all have a wonderful New Year!

Julia

Julia,
As for the badge question . . . yes, that is generally what we do. Then you can sew them on a jacket, totebag, etc. I plan to . . . if I EVER get time . . . make mine into a mini-quilt, but we'll see.
I you "dig around" in some of the older posts in Stitching and Crafting, you'll probably find a thread with some pics.
Hope that helps!

wow thank you all for the warm responses! I have a question...when we earn the badges...you print them off and then embroider them? I am a little confused about that, maybe I missed that info somewhere...

Hay there, Mz Julia. Welcome!!!! from another Farmgirl in DIXIE. I have a Chapter that is sort of active ... we only have a few members but you are welcome to come join us. I am hoping to have a get together sometime this spring. I need a few more chapter members in order to have a Hen House but those can be virtual Farmgirls as well. I hope you enjoy MJF as much as I have ... and learn as much as I have ... it is an amazing thing that Mz Mary Jane has created for all of us. Hugs and prayers, Daizy
