Posted - Jun 06 2005 : 6:48:41 PM Just wanted to say "hi" from Wisconsin. I'm new to the board. I purchased "Mary Jane's Farm" magazine from the bookstore and am totally hooked. I am a chronic pain patient, but am totally in love with all things involving self-sufficiency. My interests are container gardening (I'm in the second year of an extensive raised bed plan, hope to get it going next year) I knit, sew, cook when I can stand. Am into alternative medicine as well. I have a husband have two daughters, one grown and the other one semester of high school to go, and I have a big ole' golden retriever (or she has me, I'm not sure!) I'm glad I found this board!

Posted - Jun 07 2005 : 08:03:48 AM Hi Jana!
Boy us Wisconsinites are coming out of the woodwork! So nice to have you on the board here with us! I also love to cook, (don't knit yet, but do crochet), and quilt like mad. Welcome!
