Posted - Nov 10 2011 : 2:21:04 PM I am such a kid. I was sitting in my abnormal psych class waiting to take an assessment, and I looked out and blurted out "IT'S SNOWING!!!"
I love the snow. Say what you may, call me crazy, but there is just something magical about the first snowfall of the year.
Talk to me again in April.

Posted - Dec 14 2011 : 05:15:04 AM Same here Melody! We had that one day with a few flakes, now....nothing. I am not trying to complain, I know we will be up to our ears in it soon enough. But still, it is hard for me to get into a festive mood without the white stuff!

Posted - Nov 20 2011 : 04:03:33 AM Aw, Elizabeth! I said the same thing yesterday when we got our first real snow of the season. We were at a birthday party and all the kids were running around saying "It's snowing! It's snowing!" I love the look of snow. I love the change in season. It is so pretty! And if I would have been sitting in psych class with you, we could have "crazy" about the snow together!

Posted - Nov 17 2011 : 4:55:54 PM I want snow! It's so hard for me to feel like it is a holiday without the snow. A few years back we had a massive snow storm and we were stuck at home for almost 3 weeks straight. You can't get around when the city only owns a tractor with a plow blade and the roads are hilly and twisty. It was a marvelous 3 weeks!
Enjoy your snow. Those first flakes are so exciting!

Posted - Nov 12 2011 : 5:10:53 PM We had 6 inches on Wednesday and today is the first day it has really melted significantly. I loved watching it snow, but I didn't love driving in it so much. I was hoping to finish up my Xmas shopping:) there is always next winter.

Posted - Nov 12 2011 : 05:02:20 AM YAY Love hearing that I am not abnormal > > We got our first snow!! It is very wet and only covering the very flat areas, but it counts!! And I am doubly happy because my husband was home for it. He travels for work and I always feel lonesome celebrating the first snowfall without him.

Posted - Nov 10 2011 : 3:47:33 PM It's supposed to snow big here tomorrow :) So far we've only gotten a few dustings that have stuck sporadically. I want the white cover if it's going to be this cold!

Posted - Nov 10 2011 : 2:45:56 PM JEALOUS!!! I love snow. Looking forward to it but enjoying the weather we're having as we are getting fencing done and other outside chores that snow would make a little difficult.
