Hello, I'm not sure if this was the best place to post this or not, but I'm looking for places on the internet to purchase bolts of organic fabric for making clothes. I am mostly interested in white or natural that I can then hand dye. Thanks for any suggestions in advance!

I have ordered from NearSea Naturals (www.nearseanaturals.com) in the past, and their fabrics are lovely. Most everything they sell is organic. I am not sure if they sell by the bolt (it's worth checking on the website), but I believe the price per yard is discounted if you order more than 10 yards. I hope this helps!

I just recently ordered samples from www.bamboofabricstore.com I'll be ordering some material from them for sure. And they do sell by the bolt :)

Hi Christine,

You might try posting your search on the sewing & craft forum too as the ladies here seem to know where to find unusual things. By the way, welcome to the site ; )
