Do any of you ladies live near here? I was wondering how the flea market is that is held there on Sundays?
Thanks

I'm going to try to find some info online about the hours. We don't get out of church until almost noon, but this week we're having a carry-in dinner afterwards. Depending on the hours of the flea market and what dh wants to do, we may skip the dinner.

Thank you so much Patti. I know our book says it is on Sunday only.

I live about an hour from Carbondale and know of several people who go there. They love it and say it's the best.

Again, I don't have personal experience, but now that you mention this, I think I'll go over there this weekend if we get the bathroom tile done on Saturday. If I do, I'll post again and let you know what I found.

I used to go there! (Way-back-when during my college years!)

I *loved* it!! I *still* hold all other farmer's / flea markets to Carbondale as a standard. Sixteen years after leaving Carbondale, not another one comes close for price, variety, and number of organic sellers. There even used to be a Mennonite family with the most *deletable* baked goods...YUM!

I'd be interested hearing from someone in the area *now* if it is just as good as it used to be...! ~ K
