I recently recieved my order of some fantastic products crafted by our own BlueEggBabe Sue in her Farm at Coventry kitchen. Girls and Guys these are fabulous! My little box arrived holding the cutest, sweetest smelling and authentically herbal treats! First, her Farmgirl's Handclappin Revival Butter comes in a sweet jar decorated with a pink and green label replete with an apron and chicken, and a hoe. Nostalgic and smells subtle of yummy shea butter and almost a chocolate candy type fragrance. My hands are the softest and smoothest and the ingredients are all natural and delicous enough to eat! Her Rose Petal cream for face and body comes in another cute little pink and green labeled jar ( these jars are pretty enough to set on a vanity or on a tray in your bathroom) It is the softest pink silky smooth confection of the most subtle rose scent. It just glides on the skin and I love it! I also got her Terra Rose soap which also smells like my roses in the spring and is gentle and leaves the skin soft. Her VaporBomb is wonderful and smells of spearmint and euclyptus and helped my daughters discomfort from a cold and cough! Her Neck Salve is a treat for the achey neck pain I have been suffering from. She also has the prettiest lip balm called Kitty Kisses and it is a sheer berry tint and helps the lips feel less "old". Check out her stuff at www.farmatcoventry.com I am ordering her tea blends and more of her soaps for stocking stuffers. It is a comfort to know these things are made in a sweet farmgirl's kitchen..and this girl knows her herbs! I am going back for more!!!!

If I keep a green bough in my heart, the singing bird will come.

Thanks Ellen and Jenny,
So happy you like the Vaporbomb.
I have one local customer that told me her young children each have a tiny jar by their bedside. Last winter during the cold season she, of course, used it on them out of necessity.
When they were ill, she rubbed it on them as she told them a little bedtime story. The tradition still continues through the seasons with the child dipping one tiny finger into the Vaporbomb every night at bedtime while Mommy tells her stories.
I think it is so sweet to be included in their nightly tradition.

Sue-my goodies package arrived on Sat. The lavender cream is so wonderful-yummy smelling and makes my skin feel so soft. The kitty kisses lip balm is perrrfectly delightful and will make great little gifts.

Got your order via website yesterday.....it is packed for the Post Office today before the snow hits.
E2, you are a riot! I think your massage therapist fella was complementing you on your LACK of wrinkles, Sistah Wrinkles or no, hubby still find you stokin', and I intend to keep my part of the bargain there!!
At the show this weekend a woman asked me what cream I use on my face.I told her that I was currently using Rose Petal and she bought three!! I love to slather it on...whichever one I choose.
NEW! this week "Laughing Crow-Eye Cream"...my new favorite.
I use it on my whole body! Love the smell.
Stokes ME!

A breath of Spring arrived in my mailbox this afternoon. I opened the box and the aroma of a rose garden greeted my nose. Sweet Sue -- thank you for the lovely package and the little extra touches. The rose cream feels and smells heavenly. Gotta go wash my face now so I can put some on. You're a doll!

Jenny,
Now,don't jinx yourself!
I have been putting the Bump and Bruise Balm on Riley's very latest hockey injury...A "bone bruise" to the upper armhumerous.. haha..Up until yesterday, never heard of such a thing. Obviously very painful.Anyway, the balm has kept the area free of bruising, but I have been diligent.
Hope your cough is getting better, Jenny

Hi Linda,
Glad it all arrived safe and sound to your daughter's address.
The stiff neck salve was the best seller this weekend at the craft show. I went through a whole tester of it too.
EVERYBODY has a tense stiff muscle somewhere, Ive found.

Hi Ellen, Did your hives make it through the storm okay? How many hives do you have?
I'm searching for specialty honey like your Orange blossom to put in a few baskets I'm making for friends as gifts. what I need is small jars or honey bears or even 1 or 2 lb. containers of honey, that I could put in small jars. Do you sell it like this? Let me know. I'd like to put a little note-tag on the items in my baskets telling people where it came from and maybe the website or blog spot of the producer/maker to add a little interest, this way the goodies could be reordered maybe. Let me Know. I just noticed there is a buzz going on again on the lady bee keeper thread
lets go join in! ~Kathy

I don't drink coffee anymore (for about 12 years actually) and usually drink Postum...not a good substitute or even a nice drink in my opinion..but there ya go. I am certainly not going to stoop to drinking that junk again. I am hooked from the first cup!! Thanks Sue!!

Sue,
I'm coming down with what might be The Cold of the Season and I have been drinking your Sore Throat Gargle tea...it is wonderful and really helps soothe my itchy, scratchy, dry, uncomfortable throat and keeps the coughing to a minimum as well. Wonderful! I don't know what I'd do without it right now...I would be completely miserable!

WoW, BEB, " You do got the power in your wares!" I'm going to have to seriously check out your website.

Ellen do you have more info. about your organic orange blossom honey? I am interested! I also love orchids, Maybe when you get your greenhouse up again you could sell orchids on ebay the last time I looked, there was quite a lot of selling going on. One last thing, with all the blogging going on I thought maybe you could start a blog from what I understand it is easier and cheaper than an actual website but still people could get to know you and your products, and during this time of getting back on your feet after Wilma, people would be interested in the drama and the unstoppable farmgirl spirit. Thats why I would start with the rubble and all the stories that go with it then, when you're ready to go, you would maybe already have an interested customer base, you know it's a people thing. anyway just a thought. cheers ~Kathy
