Posted - Nov 20 2005 : 11:07:15 PM Hi...I'm gaining momentum and am now steadily producing holiday greeting cards & jewelry. I haven't posted them on etsy yet, but in the meantime some of my creations can be seen in the SchoolStreet Studio photo album on my blog. Many things are one of a kind, but others, such as greeting cards...can be made in quantities if needed. Hope everyone is faring the season well! Judes

Posted - Jan 18 2006 : 11:53:54 AM Hi All! I have started to add more jewelry to my etsy store. (Jewelry is the focus this week, then I'll be adding purses & other fun stuff) I love winter (I really do!) for blankets and warm beverages and soup making and "going inward" for a few months, but I've been thinking forward to spring, and my jewelry has been reflecting that. Lots of leaves, raindrops, colors, winged things, and critters. Lots of Love Judes

Posted - Dec 15 2005 : 5:52:53 PM Judes- I make baby slings (the kind you wear those little ones in) and I am beginning to sell them with instructions for personal use so Mama's can make their own (and gifts for baby showers as well). Turns out it is very hard to write instructions for something you make daily! I am working on it and the girls in Mary Janes Stitching Post are nice enough to make corrections for me (since Miss Anna and Miss Julie are soooo good at that). Good luck with Christmas! Your Friend, Rebekka |

Posted - Dec 13 2005 : 7:23:17 PM Aw, Thanks Rebekka! I wasn't sure if anyone reads my blog! So what a nice surprise! This is my "simple Christmas" too! Funny that I would pick the year that 12 relatives from my newly married into family will be in town, to instill the "will not step one toe into a mall" rule! Your list of gifts sounds just like mine. I'd love to hear how it all comes out! Sling making instructions? Anyways, I have to go make cookies! Good luck with your projects! Judes

Posted - Dec 13 2005 : 6:41:55 PM Judes- I am laughing so hard about your golfing squirrel sweater...seriously if you are ever in eastern Washington stop by and we can compare our handmade Christmas lists- on mine this year there are thirty people, twelve different varieties of items, oh and this is my simple Christmas. From your descriptions I can tell your friends and family are getting wonderful treasures!!! I hope thats how my friends and family see the strange assortment of items they are recieving. Thanks for your blog today- now I am going to finish writing sling making instructions, knitting dishcloths, making scarves, walnut pincushions and wrapping gifts (so I will actually do one of these, drink hot cocoa, snuggle with my honey and pass out on at least one craft project). Thanks for the laugh, Rebekka |

Posted - Nov 30 2005 : 10:30:15 AM Thanks girls! I am liking etsy. I haven't sold anything on there yet, (partially my fault because I've only listed 2 items!) but it's a wonderful site. By the end of the week I'll have more things listed and we'll see how it goes!
