Posted - Mar 23 2009 : 09:56:17 AM I love your "By the Bay" blog. You did a beautiful job on it and the sound of the waves on the beach makes me think of my folks cabin in Hayward, WI.
The soaps are beautiful too! I wish you great success on selling them!

Posted - Mar 17 2009 : 5:57:42 PM Melody that soap looks scrumptious...I'm afraid I might take a bite :) Karen, I just wanted to say I use "Picture It" to make all my cards, lables, hangtags etc. It's an old Microsoft program that came in Office 2000 or could be purchased alone, but has since been discontinued. It's super easy to work and the results are pretty professional looking. I thought you may be able to pick up an old version online. Just a thought :)

Posted - Mar 17 2009 : 12:16:33 PM I can just smell it!! Love coffee, I will have to get some of that soon. Hey, I am starting to get a little busy in my etsy and wondered how you made your labels etc. I need to make hang tags and am having trouble finding some bag lady designs that will work. Any ideas? How do you make the cards etc.? Is there a program I need to buy?

Posted - Mar 15 2009 : 1:12:54 PM I just use Word...I took the photo on my label too! It's a picture of a beautiful little park right on the water not far from my home.
I design my own labels, print my own business cards and do my own marketing.
It has been and is a work in progress and a lot of fun

Posted - Mar 15 2009 : 06:22:45 AM very pretty! What scent did you use? When I have done coffee soap, I used lemon verbena. Love how you have displayed your soaps too.
