Hi, I ordered from this company for the first time on March 15th. Since then I have been leaving messages on their phone and just sent them an email to see if they had received my order.
I wondered if any of you have had problems with this company?

Mary, I had a problem once although I've ordered a couple of times and it's all fine in the end. She had a glitch on her computer the second time and in fact, had not seen my order even though the PayPal payment went through. I emailed her and she got right on it. She said she lost quite a few orders that certain day so was happy I emailed her. Not sure why her PayPal wouldn't tell her something was pending and she investigated it but whatever, I got my stuff and all was well.

Mary - I order from Suz all the time and have never had a problem. Just keep trying. I know she has been having computer problems and just got back online today.
