A question -- I see on your website that low sugar jams are available, but all I see are regular, low-carb, and sugar free. Are the low-carb jams low sugar as well? Thanks.

Now that is too funny! I have had that happen along with the kids actually stealing jam jars out of the crates so they can have their own stash when ours runs out. Im still trying to locate a stolen strawberry jam.

Okay so let me just say that the pecan butter is my newest addiction. I literally went out and bought a gallon of icecream to have on hand. Is- you are right the pecan is my favorite but i will still put the blueberry on my pancakes and french toast! Is it bad to come home and see your 4 year old eating the raspberry jam right out of the jar? Like who needs bread when you have a spoon!
Next on my list to try is the MANGO!!!!!

Thank you for your interest in our pecan butter/jam.
To answer your question...
The pecan butter/jam is a thick consistancy much to the thickness of a caramel. When you receive the jar at first the sugar has settled and become solid and grainy looking (this happens because we dont use any preservatives or additives), therefore its necessary to warm the jam before use to achive the caramel texture again. Once warmed it becomes a thick caramel texture with pieces of pecans in it. People who have purchased the butter have used it to top ice cream and toast to name a few. Its pretty sweet with a hint of spices. I personally love it. Its a favorite among nut and caramel lovers (which I am both). It's a bit expensive (due to the high cost of pecans these days) but you wont be disappointed that's for sure.

I saw on your website that you have pecan butter. What does that taste like? Is it a similar consistency to peanut butter?

Has anyone got any feedback on the the sugar free jams? My grandpa is diabetic but complains about anything that tastes like diabetic food... he is always cheating on his diets and things so if they taste like they could pass for what he would call the real deal I may order him some...
