Posted - Aug 02 2011 : 06:45:16 AM I take vitamin E every day for this but need to know if there's any other herbs that are good for fibrocystic breast disease. While being the main caregiver and driver and whatever for my husband, while still trying to keep my little farm and general store going, I've had a bad flair up of this. I've had a lump removed n the past and it was benign. I haven't had any caffeine since 1986. What else should I be doing (or not doing) I read on the Internet where stress makes it worse but there's no way I can avoid stress right now!

Posted - Aug 04 2011 : 06:35:24 AM I've been taking A and E for years, it used to hurt just to walk or run, now it really doesn't. A friend has the same thing and when I was told I had it then she told me about the vitamins. Don't overdo it. For the first year I did everyday and slowly backed off one day a year until I settled on 3 days a week and that is where I have been for probably 5 years with no real problems.
