Posted - Oct 30 2012 : 03:59:05 AM I have had chronic fatigue syndrome for about 25 years. At first it was diagnosed as Epstien- Barr. Then after 3 liver biopsies I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C which led to the chronic fatigue. It took 12 years before I was finally cured of the Hep C. I still have to nap almost every day. I take vitamins and supplements and exercize daily. I rest when I feel tired and achy. All I can tell you is to take good care of yourself. One thing I did find that is helpful for aches and pain. It is arnica montana cream. It really works for me.
Hugs,
Nancy

Posted - Oct 28 2012 : 4:50:31 PM I was diagnosed with Epstein-Barr 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my youngest son. I have learned to understand when the symptoms begin and how to stop an "attack". I eat healthy & organic, take multivitamins and supplements and exercise daily. All of this has helped me over the years to get it under control. Whenever I do feel the painful fatigue start to hit me I stop whatever I'm doing and lie down. I have found that if I baby myself for a day or two I can avoid getting wiped out. If I push it even a little, then I can barely sit up for up a week at a time.
Best of luck learning how to control your fatigue.

Posted - Oct 28 2012 : 12:45:25 PM I've got it, taking a good multiple vitamin and eating well but that's all that's helped so far. Some days naps are the only thing that helps. Kathy |
