A couple of weeks ago, I posted a prayer request for my mom who is in Georgia and is having some major medical issues for the first time in her life. She has always been pretty active, but is having back/nerve problems that are causing such pain. I am so worried about her. Everyone was so sweet with your prayers and postings, and Ruth emailed me for my mom's information. Well, yesterday, my mom got a card and tea in the mail from Ruth. Ruth, thank you! It just brightened her up so very much. She is so touched.

Georgia is getting bad weather, too, but Ruth says she will visit my mom when she is in the area. I haven't heard my mom so bright in such awhile. Thank you again! My mom loved the card and tea, and I told her, "That's what we farmgirls do..." Love you all so much!

Nichole Ruth is just the best and such a sweetheart to talk to ! So glad your Mother made it through her procedure . I pray they can find relief for her pain. I to have nerve damage in my back that effects both legs and one arm. It is painful but there are meds that don't knock you out but give some releif. Praying they find this for her.

Hugs...Kristy

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Hi Girls,
Again, thank you all for your prayers. My mom had her procedure, and she did fine and is home resting. My goal is to get down to GA soon! Missing her so much.

Also, got to speak to Ruth on the phone today. What an angel. Hopefully when I get down to see my mom, we can meet up with some of the Georgia girls! Thanks again, Ruth.

Hugs,

Nicole

Nicole, prayers are sent. She is in good hands. And Ruth is such a wonderful lady. She does so much for people. I only wish I could be more like her. Is your mother anywhere near Chattanooga? I am just below their.

Girls, please pray for my mom. She is having a procedure tomorrow, and I am literally beside myself that I am not there! It is supposed to be "routine" but still...it is done at the hospital with monitors, etc. If you wouldn't mind, tuck her in your prayers tomorrow.

Hugs,
Nicole

Oh, Nicole - Honestly, isn't Ruth just the best?! I'm so happy to hear she is bringing smiles, love and light to your mother's heart. She does for me, too, all the time! :) You're so right, too - that IS what farmgirls do! There's just nothing like a farmgirl's heart... Nothing! I'll be keeping your Mom in my prayers! Hugs -Nini
