I have a friend who is the epitome of what a farm girl is. She is a single mom. Works a late swing shift job doing laundry at a hospital, back breaking, hot work.

She has a little farm with horses, chickens, goats, etc. She's into food storage, canning, and all those other self sufficiency things. She's doing it all on her own!!

For weeks, there have been people coming onto her property- nightly- stealing and creating havoc. They have stolen her food supplies, camping equipment, messed with her animals and come into the house- even when she's been there.

Sometimes it is mocking, like moving the horse bridle from the horse and putting it on the toy horse. She comes home from work every night and has to deal with this. Needless to say, she is exhausted and beyond knowing what else to do.

The police aren't any help because they won't sit there waiting to catch the crooks. She's in need of some serious prayers.

Please hold her up in prayer for protection of her property, family, animals. Please plead with the Lord on her behalf. She has a heart for the Lord and is such a kind and giving person. Her name is Cathy.

Thanks

Do what you love, love what you do.

Most horrible; and so scary! These people have to be caught somehow, I would be so frightened, Cathy, please know that I am praying for you and your goods!

Praying for her that the Lord would put a legion of angles around that property. So that as it says
2Ki 6:17 And Elisha prayed and said, I pray You, Jehovah, open his eyes so that he may see. And Jehovah opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
May she be surrounded with protection as Elisha was.

The reason I moved to Alaska was because of a leading of the spirit that thing would get so that one would need to protect their food themselves. As everywhere the police do not have the manpower to keep us all safe from the evil that walks the world.

It's just heart wrenching. And actually, so scarey. It really makes me wonder where our world is headed. When people are freaking out about the prices of food.... are those of us who try to prepare going to be at the mercy of the thieves who would just come in and take it? There was a man in a neighboring rural town who just got put in jail for shooting someone who had been stealing off his property for a long time. He got fed up and took matters into his own hands. I can totally understand why.

I pray daily for protection for our home and little spot of garden. I know she does too. I just hope and pray that the Lord blesses her and takes this trial away quickly.

Do what you love, love what you do.

Prayers said for Cathy. I just dont understand the whole situation, but regardless it sounds awful. I am so sad that someone would do this to another human being. The world has me quite baffled these days- so much sensless nonsense goes on. I hope that this stops and that Cathy can be comfortable in her own home, without having to worry about things like this.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..

Oh that is just horrible - why would they be doing this??? Sometimes I really just do not understand what is going onwith folks but please tell her I will place her and her farm into my prayers. It really makes you wonder sometimes and I wished I had an answer for this type of people...

How terrible! Sending prayers for strength for her and prayers to soften the hearts of those responsible.
