Hope your spirits are better today - I so get that in these times it makes it even harder to feel peace and love especially when your brother is so far away. I also understand we are a poor substitute but just know we love, hug and support you...

Happy Birthday Linda - I am doing the Happy Dance for your because no one would want me to sing especially my four leggeds here - they all would be hollowing. Just know that you are included in the family here at Larkspur Funny Farm - we may not be your average folk but we love and care for anyone who walks thru the door or needs long distant hugs....

Dutchy how's it going today??? I was thinking about you last night before my head hit the pillow - then came all the drulling and snoring and when I woke this morning I knew life will find away for you... I know that in my heart and soul Hugs again and yes, I am clean and sweet smelling..

Happy Birthday Linda, my thoughts are with you. I lost my Mother when I was 4 and the rest of my family when I was 8. Now I am 56 and I have is my Sister and my Mother's Sister in my life after being separated from them both for over 20 years, so I understand everyone's pain and loneliness. I miss my Mother and the other family I lost everyday of my life. But, like you Linda I am so Blessed and Thankful for my hubby, son and my hubby's family, sister and Aunt my life is complete now and I am happy.
Farmgirl Hugs to all of you, what would we do if we did not have one another?

Hugs to all of you farmgirls! Especially to Dutcy and those missing your families. Today is my birthday, I should be happy, and I am sorta, but I woke up a little sad, thinking of my mom and my brother whom 3 years ago passed away within 30 days of each other. They are the last of my biological family, I am blessed however to have my hubbys family, and my children and grandchildren, but I still miss my mom and bro. Thanks for letting me vent. But my prayers are for all of you today. May you have a blessed day. Farmgirl #946 Linda

Hugs Marian! I know how you feel....my little brother moved across the country to Vermont 10 years ago. I can't imagine how it must be to have your brother even farther away. Thank goodness for phones and Skype, but it just isn't the same as being together, is it? Have a happy day knowing your farmgirl sisters are thinking of you!

Cheers! ~ Marilyn

Lisa, yes there is......but not now. HAVE to wait till I am 65!!! I have NO steady income there before I am 65 so ...
If I HAD a steady income I would be there in a heartbeat. Brother and I did talk about it, did much calculating/thinking but there IS no earlier solution

Thanks girls for the hugs
