If you would, please pray for me tomorrow; my unemployment compensation hearing, part 2 (and hopefully last part) is at 2:00. I felt the comfort and peace from all of your prayers the first time. I just hope tomorrow is the last of it.
Hubby and I both are looking just as hard as we can for jobs. We currently have a couple of good prospects but nothing so far.

Thank you all again for your prayers. The hearing went in my favor so I am still drawing unemployment.
However, I need to make another prayer request. My husband has been getting unemployment also as his case was decided in his favor also. But his former employer is appealing. We can't believe it.
All we want to do is find a job; we want to work. But in the meantime, we need funds coming in. Our other option of selling our land is not working out yet either. Though we haven't heard from him lately, the lawyer that is checking into the easement issue is supposed to be finding a buyer as well.
As much as I'm trying to keep the faith (and have encouraged others to do the same when they face difficult situations), I feel I'm reaching the end of my rope. And DH is losing hope, too.
Please, please keep us in your prayers. I'll be the first to say that God's timing is perfect and he doesn't make mistakes, but I honestly don't know how much more I can take.

I just saw this Darlene and I am praying that the Lord would give this judge wisdom and discernment as he reaches a decision. I'm also praying for God's provisions for you always :)

Darlene, I'm so sorry that you are going through all of this. I don't know what today has brought your way, but I'm sending a lot of good luck wishes for a good job/jobs to come to you and your husband =)

Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. I made it through but I honestly don't know how it went. It will all boil down to who the judge believes.
Losing a job that I absolutely loved was bad enough; having to defend myself against "untruths" makes it tougher.
But like I said, I made it through today, tomorrow is a new day, and I draw strength from your support and the love of God.
