Well the 'baby' left Monday for Marine boot camp, something he has wanted since he was two. Please keep him, and my Army daughter, in your thoughts and prayers. THank you.

Carol,
I will keep your son and daughter in my prayers as well as all who serve our great land! Keeping you in my prayers also, I can't imagine letting them go. I will pray for them to be safe and for peace.

Thank you ladies, I know they will be safe.
Diane, I am looking forward to the hat, I had lunch with Wende yesterday, loved all the pics. Hated that I missed the trip!

I ask not for a larger garden, but for finer seeds.

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Carol:
You son and daughter will certainly be in my prayers.
Tell them both "thank you" for serving our country.

Gee Carol, I'm thinking it must be hard to have 2 of your children away from home. I really will be praying for your children. Thank you for allowing us to pray with you.

Goodness! I was going to say I thought your daughter just left too!

I will keep him in my prayers. Did he go to Pendleton or Parris Island? I used to work at the School of Infantry at Camp Lejeune. I have been really missing my military family this week. It's just not the same being a spouse as it was being active duty.

Thank YOU for raising such wonderful children who are willing to serve!
