06/20/11 The traveling books "QUILTS FROM HEAVEN" are no longer available. Out of four books that have been put in circulation only ONE has made it back home . . and it is my personal copy given to me as a gift and I'm grateful that is the ONE I've gotten back.

I have really enjoyed the book "QUILTS FROM HEAVEN, Parables from the Patchwork of Life". Written by Lucinda Secrest McDowell.
Lucinda writes a little history about some different quilt patterns, and this is so encouraging and uplifting. I have purchased another copy and would like to share it as a "TRAVELING BOOK".
IT WOULD WORK THIS WAY : If you'd like to read it you would sign up by EMAILING me your name and mailing address, and email address.
- you would have a month to read it (that is VERY DO-ABLE) and then it needs to be mailed on to the next person and so it goes.
- when you have finished reading it you would send me an email so I can give the name and address of the next person on the list.
- I will include a journal book for you to write a brief note of encouragement to the person you are sending it to.
YOU WILL NEED TO COMMIT TO: Reading it within the month and then send it on . . . not hanging on to it past the month.
-paying for PRIORITY MAIL postage to send it on. Delivery Confirmation is also necessary.
SOOOOOOOO if you wish to be a part of this TRAVELING BOOK "CLUB" you need to EMAIL me your:
- name
- mailing address
- email address
- telephone number

I know that the gals who read the book REALLY enjoyed it. I'm going to read it again . . and again!
Nope, have not received them all back yet.
And, I too, am hoping that Susan is well and doing better but I've not heard any more from her.

very sorry for the long delay. I have been in and out of the hospital and the last time I almost died. my blood pressur was 60 over20. Anyway, I am so very sorry and I will get this book on to you shortly Ceejay so it can finally get to another person. I hope I am not cut off from any other books that may be around.

Book #2 arrived today!!! I am so wanting to sit down this afternoon and start reading except life is getting in the way--it is SO hard when ya have to be the grownup in your house-oh wait! i am the ONLY in my house!!!!
my psyche 101 midterm is a takehome and i MUST do it today as well as filing taxes and gosh dishwashing-
however!!! i am excited to read it- i DID read the journal already!!!!

Cee Jay...this sounds like a truly wonderful book and a great adventure to share with the sisters...i realize that my swap track record has not been great however, you DO have a clue as to my journey!and my intentions!!!!!this sisterhood is so uplifting!

YAY!!! One of the books I was wondering about has been located!!! So, hopefully that one will be available by the end of November.
The other two copies have been received this week by their readers and will be available in about a month.
So, there are THREE copies out there . . . and I hope that ALL THREE copies stay in circulation and don't get lost. The very first copy that went out had gone missing quite some time ago . . . maybe someday it'll show up.
