Can anyone recommend a good jean jacket --- one that I can sew my Farmgirl badge on? I have a couple of jean jackets, but the buttons are impossible to button. Any suggestions?

You could also make one. I did one for husband, myself, and 3 boys when they were young. Then you could make it fit how you like.

I found my favorite jean jacket a few years ago at Old Navy. It was originally priced at $52.00 but it was on clearance for $4.00.

Ok...I looked last night, and the brand is Rustler. It is actually a man's jacket, but I like it because the sleeves are perfect for my long arms. Lol.

Levi brand is my favorite, too. I don't have trouble with the buttons on mine. It is also really well worn, and I cannot remember if the buttons were an issue when I first bought it.

I found one recently at a thrift store, and I purchased it just for my badge. It looks practically brand new. I'll have to try the buttons on it when I get home. It isn't a Levi jacket, though. I think, but am not sure the brand on it says Rustler. Does that sound right?

Thanks, Lora. I do shop at Goodwill and thrift shops. Do the Levi jackets button and unbutton easily? I have an old one of my brother's, fully lined. It's nice, but I've never been able to button it.

Do you have a Goodwill or thrift shop near you? I find all sorts of great clothes there. I like the Levi's brand of jean jackets. They seem to hold up pretty well.
