Hi Farm Sisters,
I have someone in my life who is needs a little pick me up.
She lost her husband, learning to live by herself for the first time in her life, just got over covid by herself and she is approaching some landmark dates...
I thought a little random act of kindness from a farmgirl sister may help lift her spirits. Hoping this will help remind her she is not alone in this world and there are so many lovely and caring people out there.
I know the last two years have been difficult for many of us in one way or another, and while we are all good taking care of and reaching out to love each other, maybe we could nominate a NON--FARMGIRL (or GUY) each month to send a little love their way to help them get by. This could be a one-time R.A.K - or - we can do one a month (to someone different each time) for the rest of the year. Just an idea.
If anyone is interested in participating, please private message me and I will provide her name and mailing address.
She IS a farmgirl at heart and loves anything handmade, so please, keep it small, heartfelt, notes of love are wonderful, anything to express FARMGIRL LOVE!!
Sign ups by February 14th.
Mail out by February 18th.

This is amazing, I would love to do this. I have been unable to participate in Farmgirl activities since May of 2021 due to a cancer diagnosis. One particular Farmgirl has blessed me with phone calls, cards and prayer. I love her like a true sister even though we have never met. I will private message you April for your friends. Nice to be able to jump back in to some activities.

April, what an amazing way to support your friend! You are such a thoughtful person. I would be more than willing to send a little love from Australia. Let me know what I have to do.
