Posted - Jul 04 2008 : 11:39:45 AM I've really been in the mood for new sheets lately and they're getting so expensive! I pulled out stacks of fabric and combined them into some very fun pillowcases. It's sort of like having a new bedding ensemble. So here's my little MJ pillow, a quilt I made and fresh pillowcases. You can't even see the sheets!

Posted - Jul 05 2008 : 5:18:37 PM Cute and thanks for reminding me. I have some great regular size pillowcases but king size pillows. I can add a strip to the end and then they would fit. YEAH!! I love frugal, fun, and pretty at the same time. How long did it take you to make the quilt? I love the pale colors and the quilting is beautiful.

Posted - Jul 04 2008 : 1:52:35 PM Looks great! Before the days of sheet sets, when you could buy everything separately, I always got a twin sheet to match the sheets just to make pillowcases with.
