I started these Sunbonnet Sues almost a year and a half ago. When I went to California on vacation I finished her up in a quilt. What do you think?

That is Sue up close, I embroidered her by hand, and then put the rest together on a machine. I used a Long arm, with no set pattern. The back isnt as pretty as the front, lol.
I have put tops together before but just quilted it together on my sewing machine. Thanks again ladies

Posted - Jul 20 2008 : 09:12:10 AM I plan on making a Sunbonnet Sue and Overall Sam quiltl when my grandbaby is old enough to appreciate it. Right now I don't know if it is a boy or girl. Anyway, your quilt is gorgeous and the quilting great. Did you do the quilting on a long-arm?
