Posted - Jul 20 2008 : 07:49:37 AM Went into the local fabric shop and they are having a class on making a dress form from duct tape! You need about two three rolls of duct tape, lont t-shirt and a friend. If you google duct tape dress forms you get tons of hits. Yet another use for duct tape! JoAnn |

Posted - Jul 20 2008 : 4:47:27 PM FUnny that you mention this. Just today I watched this show called Uncommon Threads. THey have a different craft each show. They made a form today. It was just the top. The girl wore a short sleeved shirt & had a friend duct tape all around the shirt. Once she had enough on there, she cut it off from the back. THen they taped the back closed. Stuffed it with fiber fill, made a base & taped that on. It turns out your own body size.
