Posted - Jul 19 2009 : 06:14:15 AM Does anyone know a good place to buy some light weight nylon fabric? I'm looking for something to make up some reusable grocery bags. It needs to be something that's light enough to just wad up and put in a purse or to fit 2 or 3 into a small carrying case that would fit into a purse. What I've found a joann's is heaver than I'm thinking and I don't know how to tell if what I'm looking at online is a lighter weight than what I've seen. Does anyone know anything about weights of nylon?

Posted - Jul 19 2009 : 08:36:50 AM I bought the best nylon bag like you describe on vacation in Vermont. I had no idea how much I would love it. I have been told that nylon is hard to sew? I am also wondering about the diffrent grades of nylon and is it easy to work with. Thanks!
