Posted - Aug 11 2009 : 06:50:49 AM Hey, I need the salvage edges of fabric for a large project. You know what I mean, the edge of the fabric with the writing on(designer's name, pattern name). I can use it with or without tne actual fabric pattern, but I need at least that 1/4" that you ususally throw away. Thanks in advance & will keep you posted on how this project id going.

Posted - Aug 25 2009 : 9:05:45 PM Hi Rise, I have been cutting up a grab bag I got at a fabric store and have all kinds of selvage edges for you. Some are only 3" or 4" long. Would you like me to send those or should I scrap them. I still have lots of others that are longer though and I will email you for your address soon. Do you have a deadline that you want these sent by or will it be going on for a while? I could send these and then keep collecting if you still need more.

Posted - Aug 15 2009 : 10:48:09 AM Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I am the other half of Vintage Divas. My sister Michele & I are having the best time since I moved in with her 4 years ago. I see she gave me a really great build up (although I think she means KNITS not knots) try saying that 3 times fast. Michele doesn't have as much time to create as she is too busy in the kitchen. She is the best cook ever, I never saw so many spices 'till I moved here with her. She does almost all the cooking, baking & canning all week long while I sit on my butt working on projects...well, each to there own.
